The Manono project will soon bring important news!

At AVZ Minerals (WKN A0MXC7 / ASX AVZ), the decision for the project Manono in the Democratic Republic of Congo is approaching. The Australians are currently carrying out a due diligence test on the property, where they want to participate with 60 percent. Manono, where raw materials were previously extracted, could turn out to be one of the world's largest pegmatite deposits with the raw materials lithium, cesium and tantalum.

Especially the lithium richness of the African project attracted interest in AVZ Minerals and even more on the stock market. By April 28, the Company intends to complete due diligence - the prerequisite for the takeover of the investment.

The company has now submitted an interim test. On the site you will be taken under other soil samples and drill holes to determine the potential on site. The works have already produced interesting results. Thus, the pegmatite occurrence is significantly greater than hitherto known. The results from soil samples and drill cores collected by Manono are still open. AVZ Minerals expects initial analysis results in the period between the middle of April and the beginning of May. It is data on which the stock market is likely to wait with some tension and which could become important for the share price. After AVZ announced the acquisition of the project, the share price had risen massively.

Delays in drilling will not affect due diligence. In addition to mechanical problems with the drilling rig used, a very unusual rainy season also hindered the work. But this will not be an obstacle for the timely planning of the planned takeover. The Australians are sure to have sufficient data to be able to make a decision on the lithium project in Africa by April 28th.

In addition to the work on the project itself, AVZ Minerals is also investigating the project in legal terms. Two disputes are to be considered around Manono, which, according to the current state of affairs, should not become a problem for the Australians. One of the two procedures will soon be decided: the Supreme Court of the Democratic Republic of the Congo will decide on 20 April, and thus within the due diligence period, a procedure against a ministerial decree granting an earlier license for the Manono Area. However, no matter how this proceeding, according to company figures, the current license for the Manono area and the rights of third parties as in this case of AVZ Minerals will not be affected by the judgment.

A second case is pending before the Western Australia Supreme Court - here, MMCS Strategic 1 also complains in connection with the earlier license, which is the subject of proceedings before the court in Congo. However, AVZ Minerals has requested the permanent suspension of the proceedings. One reason for this is the fact that the Court of First Instance is a manifestly inadequate jurisdiction for disputes concerning the license in the Congo and, in any event, neither of the two parties is actually concerned in the dispute over the old license, which has been canceled in the Congo. Therefore, "the procedure will not resolve disputes and should be rejected," argue the Australians. But an end to this process will be something else:
