Anyone have any ideas on timelines for the court action? Is it a matter of months? Could this just be the beginning of a long list of court battles? Is this just to waste time til they lodge somewhere else. I really hope everything works out fine for all holders but for me its going to be interesting to watch this from the sidelines not just the court case but how the posters perceive what's going on. So far I see a lot of optimism from most. I ran like the wind.. Any other stocks in similar positions I can read up on?
