All said and done, there's been enough speculation on HC about how this may play out. However, there is nothing any of us on this forum can do but to wait for the process to play out. My gut feeling is that eventually there will be a negotiated solution - issue of free shares, some monetary compensation, etc. AVZ Minerals regardless of their legal right will want to resolve the matter asap and I believe common sense will prevail. The good news about this legal claim is that we must be sitting on something pretty special, otherwise why bother! That said, as a few posters have noted, you need balls of steel to remain committed to AVZ but in reality, stocks that typically deliver windfalls to shareholders are high risk stocks with huge upside but also lots of risk - sovereign, finance, lack of other resources, turning a dream to reality, etc. Just remember, if you have no tolerance for risk, 5 year term deposits at the bank could deliver you 2.75% per annum.
