what worries me is why did they hire Clifford Chance? Its not like they are junior law firms and so on. They would charge a bomb. They got some credentials and they must have something feasible inorder for the private company to hire them.
Could all just be a bluff and see whether they can get portions or damages but just the unease nature of private company with clifford chance and AVZ with not a lot of $$$ for litigation.
Are we heading towards the wet season from April - Nov? Could this be a delay tactic for that?
