I don't know about that. Western Australia operates on Common law but it also operates it's own bipartisan Code Law System. This was put in place when we were going to succeed from Australia before Federation. Lots of dark scary laws here. My hope is the courts will not intervene in foreign sovereignty and will tell MMCS that their beef is with the Government of the DRC.
