I don't think you need to be a lawyer to know that Australian Courts have no jurisdiction in any other country or to know AVZ have no stake in the said tenements. We are doing Due Diligence. Any party to the proposed JV can walk away prior to any acceptance being made. This is obvious from the fact that the DD process is proceeding.
