Just to clarify. There is no evidence on whether there is a second appeal in DRC.

The reference is to the W.A Supreme court matter.
That can certainly be resolved within the time frame and possibly within a week.
I guess the first judge to set eyes on the details of the write would throw it out on the basis that it is not within jurisdiction.

It is entirely fanciful on everything I've read that a W.A Supreme court judge will agree to look at a case involving the sovereign rights of another country.
