    IMO - Once the ICSID is finalised we will be looking at a TO bidding war - China/USA/Europe, who wants control of this deposit more?

    Will USA pay a premium to ensure China doesn't control? Will DRC play nice once if USA is involved, I suspect so.

    Looking at $4+ I suspect

    All IMO
