    If I’m correct Australian security would not allow the Chinese take a stake in AVZ you would think a friendly phone call to the DRC mining minister to show some concerns regarding the issuing of the ML . Yes it true they don’t like to interfere with the politics of foreign country , just wonder if avz was an American company ???
