They don't want to buy AVZ they just want the DRC asset if Dathcom want to sell it then FIRB wont have any jurisdiction to block that - more likely shareholders would baulk if the BOD recommend a sale at a figure below what most retailers think it is worth.

Will that happen or will they run with the original plan just to keep stringing out the legal cases until AVZ run out of cash ?
