That is a very relevant point you make there Roller, and in addition to that observation I would remind all here that until Felix fixes the corruption in his government which is simply a sieve for funds given to various coffers that often disappear never to be seen or accounted for again, this activity has been allowed to run rampant under many of his ministers who were responsible for these funds/debts being collected which were owed by the Chinese and their companies, who appear to be more concerned with lining their own pockets instead of holding China and its associates accountable to deliver on its previously agreed promises and responsibilities to the DRC, of which it has been well documented and publicised for all to see.
So why then should AVZ be so stupid as to add additional funds that won't be accounted for, that are in no way a part of their mining code to do with issuing a ML, only to also sink funds into one or more of these black holes created by the corrupt individuals that are yet to be sufficiently dealt with?
No AVZ has conducted themselves responsibly in line with what has been requested under the DRC mining code, and the president should be rewarding this behaviour rather than adding dodgy players to the arena to cause and create mayhem imo.
