Whilst I was aware that resource upgrade was upcoming, I do question the value it adds.

Under normal business conditions the resource/reserve can be translated into an exploitable figure which is added to the value of the business. However this value is not apparent to holders as the co. is suspended. Hence its not clear what it should have added to the SP as the stk isn't trading. Given this why would you drill to better define your resource if you cant demonstrate value?

What makes it even more confusing is that the ownership structure of the asset itself is being disputed/challenged (amongst other things) and increasing the perceived value of the disputed asset only raises the stakes and therefore the amount which could be lost. Doesn't this increase the risks associated with finalising who owns what?
