For what its worth - Some facts:

Hard to short whilst in suspension.

If you have been around long enough you would realise:
    a) Hoots has been around longer and doesn't trade shares - mainly mini's on the US index. Where is the evidence of shorting?
b.)Hoots initial posts on AVZ related to the lack of appreciate of DRC risks by posters that were posting unrealistic pictures on expectations which, incredulously, given the known unknowns, can still be seen today eg. Alpha's twitter talk above $3.85 valuation now -really? The initial Hoots posts were an effort to reflect his investment history in the DRC and other Africans companies such as the the oiler Hardman and others to explain jurisdiction risk.
c.) Getting any money our of this mess involves a few coin tosses becoming favorable before our imminent de-listing. The international tribunal order being made favorably, then the DRC accepting the orders, then a mining license being issued (good luck with that given clear hostility between DRC and Board) without further shenanigans, then some sort of settlement or offer to exit with dignity and concrete resolution.

For that to occur at an elevated share price is little more than blind faith, given the history of corruption and tangible examples of lack of disclosure in this companies history. To accept that we can out manouvre Chinese entities with big pockets, entities supported by a Government that thinks strategically in generational time frames rather than reporting periods or board renewal periods, and with the proven evidence of corruption within the DRC mining fraternity is little more than fantasy.

I have held a few in the bottom drawer in hope of some return one day - but put the chances of anything near the current price as less than 1 in 10. Such is the state of play in the DRC. And experienced posters such as Hoots who warn about investment risks should be listened to, and their opinions considered at least if not acted upon, before they suffer the fanatical insolence that has featured on this site. I understand that the incessant nagging has led Hoots to some ill advised commentary in response, inflaming that commentary, but the bottom line is that he has been right so far. No one has any idea how this will play out, and to suggest riches are afoot is more dangerous to investors than warning them of a proven corrupt DRC government.

$3.85 to put it in millennial terms roflmao!
