Most holders on this forum had to buy their shares, whilst management handed themselves tens of millions for free.
If they steer the company back on track, their rewards will be massive. That should be their primary motivation.
Some of them would be fine with a modest salary, having cashed in millions of those free shares before the stock was suspended.
