All the talk of TO is fun but to find the true value, ownership needs to be confirmed. This will happen, the DRC is in no hurry to piss off the world bank and they know China accept that. We all know it.

Manono can supply the world just as the Pilbara does with Iron ore. As if relying on us Aussies mining in the Pilbara way back was a safe bet. If the resource is there, it will happen. It simply remains to be seen who that is making it happen.
