    So the SH vote for the Yibin deal approval is tomorrow. Can someone please clarify the below situation for me.

    If an eligible SH doesn’t vote what happens? Is it by default a vote of yes to the deal as per the company’s recommendation? Or is it just an abstained voting opportunity that doesn’t count at all? In other words if people are too lazy to actually vote does it count as a “yes” or not count at all?
