    Somehow i get the feeling this announcement is just a cover up to appease the speeding ticket.

    I dont see it as something that would cause the insider volume & price spike.

    IMO, it was either driven by something else thats going on behind the scenes, or, a few bullish technical indicators pulling traders in.
