AVZ can't announce "We think we will get the ML tomorrow" DRC could award the ML in the same presser as the battery project finance news... speculation only of course...
but, the first question anyone would ask at the lithium battery project news release would be "where is the lithium coming from?" would seem crazy to not have the ML awarded either then or before...especially given they've ticked all four requirements....
