Katanga province
This map dated 2013 shows quite a large portion of the road in good condition.
Note that AVZ and google maps shows the town as Luambo but on this map is Likasi.

Google maps -direction feature, does not select this direct route from Luambo Manono, even though the road is shown as being far shorter and in good condition.

Another view of the same map, more coverage. But does not show road condition as much of the Route Nacionale is in poor condition in the first map.

Note the code IV roman 4 which indicates
Massive flooding and destruction at Malemba Nkulu (Congo river)
Mitwaba airport is also shown (on the access road being re-built)
