In @8horse 's integrated version of valuation summary, there is a part talking about infrastructure in DRC. By taking advantage of One Belt On Road implemented by Chinese Gov, our risk in DRC should be alleviated significantly, therefore reducing Panda's 90% discount rate accordingly. We are going higher from here. Period !
