And more to the point - why would someone target or go to the effort to manipulate an ASX listed small cap with algorithm driven share trades - when supposedly it's never going to produce and its stranded.

IMO anytime there computer generated share trading it indicates that professional at some capacity are interested either to buy share or to sell them. Given AVZ trades near a 52W low and on low volume it's highly unlikely that this is any form of distribution.

I should also re-iterate that it's my belief that lithium across the board is being controlled/manipulated at some capacity. But does raise eyebrows to me when a wee old small cap in the DRC with usually less than 10m shares of 2bn traded per day is targeted.
