Issuin more shares is dilutive in most cases I suspect.
Case 1
SP goes up to $1. Company does a CR to all their mates for less than a dollar and uses the cash to buy a company with the same earnings to value ratio so immediately accretive (let's say).
Case 2.
SP is $1. Company borrows money to buy the same company above.
Case 1 is dilutive. Case 2 - isn't.
