Just a guessing from my research over the last few days.. No clear information until the AGM in May...

It seems like the buying interest is building.. Watch for the big sale volume over the next weeks..

As for bottom picking. Unless oil can recover above US$60 next week... I don't believe the 22c today is the bottom yet.

Sub 2oc bottom looks very likely to me at this stage, sometime in May by tax loss selling ?.

It is not going any where in the hurry, so I am watching, but no buying interest atm..
