The law won't allow you to offset one payment against another (I think Autosime was alluding to that fact). Each claim must be treated separately. If both parties agree to offset the payments and one pay the difference that would be OK. I've lost track of what is going on but like UNZBUZ would like to receive a letter from Chatchai. His behavior is quite bizarre: maybe another Clive Palmer?
