Looks like a bit of accumulation going on. Mr 1c not selling volume for less than 1.5c ....which is probably wise so that he keeps plenty of ammo. He may be a little worried about the 6 to 8 weeks until the next CR is due. With good announcements in that period he may have to fire off too many rounds to keep full control and then struggle to get 1c next time.
