the owners of Maddingley are making public comments about the fact that their brown coal mine bang in the centre of MNM's BM holdings is soon to see construction works for a plant. this is the same mine that has coal proven to be CHTD suitable. the same mine owners that the MNM 11/1/11 ann says are in 'positive discussions' with MNM about possible development of the Maddingley brown coal resource.
add this to the fact that the exergen CEO recently told an Indo coal conference that the 2 billion dollar BM project is proceeding. IS.
it makes you think these guys are getting some memos about the mnm/exergen JV BM CHTD brown coal project that shareholders aren't.
