Thanks for that HotRods, no wonder Mantle discovered all those old workings after the bush fires which were hidden by the bush. Looks to be a very successful mine in its heyday, obviously the mining machinery used over a century ago was a lot more rudimentary and the search for veins was a case of hit and miss. Today it is a different ball game....
