Craig will have a programme of news and announcements planned leading into the Nov 30 option conversion date. He needs to keep the SP as high as possible to convince holders of options to convert, and so he can qualify for the 2nd tranche of options.
On the flip side, holders of the options will be applying selling pressure, selling heads to convert options.
So it's a mexican stand-off ... potential buyers of heads waiting for option holders to bite the bullet and sell .... sellers of heads hoping for news to sell into.

On top of that, "imminent" is a loose term at best, so "imminent launch" doesn't have the cut through. So I think once we have images of the watch and timelines we will see more movement.

What news can we expect over the next 5 weeks

1) quarterly update
2) details of mobvoi launch, and smartwatch offer to shareholders
3) Conneqt Pulse submission to FDA
4) Ongiong conversion notices !!

What may happen to ensure we get 100% take-up.

1) news of a new partnership for Atcor with a large smartwatch player
2) contract details of Mobvoi including an extension across the entire Mobvoi range.

And once Nov 30 is behind us, I think we will see a very nice SP run into Xmas.
