What is apparent is that they've been working on this agreement with Fenda for a while involving a lot of forward planning.

"We're in great company with Fenda. To be adopted and integrated into the Fenda ecosystem at our stage of development is significant for us. This agreement formalizes schedules, milestones and project timetables as we move forward to the launch of the CONNEQT Band next year.

This is really beyond a manufacturing agreement. This is a partnership in development and innovation. When you look at the scale of customers that Fenda has, we are in a really rare ecosystem in terms of the innovation they bring to our product development.

We've seen that in the last seven or eight months in terms of the active collaboration in bringing our products to market from the point of view of integration, battery optimization and sensor optimization.

Don't forget that what we're doing is extremely disruptive. This will be the first dual sensor wearable on the market.

So it is a first for Fenda and we are very excited about the collaboration to date."
