In the interview Campbel said it would probably take 1 million to fix the method and PAB has 5.5 million so what's the problem? He also inferred they were close to a sale for SC1 . They're also working on a diagnostic which they haven't mentioned for some time. I would almost wager that at this price some of the buyers are in the top 20. They have patents, orphan status and sufficient cash for at least 18 months if they go full bore. As the alligator said to the duck, "I is quietly confident."
