It is a strange announcement. First they say they need it for the current trial then they say this.

"Therefore, to supply the large markets Benitec is aiming for such as in hepatitis C and B, the Company is moving to establish its own large-scale manufacturing process in collaboration with third parties, and we will make further announcements about those developments as they occur.”

So are they trying to spin a negative announcement into a positive one by saying on one hand they don't have enough TT-034 to finish the current trial but we need to establish this manufacturing process anyway if TT-034 is successful?

And why are we up 8% if its bad news?
