Omnia are only supplying the drug for the current clinical trial, because someone stuffed up. Other 'third parties' are being considered to scale up the manufacturing.

They are just trying to gild the lily. No mention of how long this will take, no mention of how much it will cost just some bull-dust to try and cover their arses. When it comes to therapeutic doses, AAV-8 manufacture is an extremely difficult, expensive and time-consuming exercise.

Pfizer paid for the original compound and Peter French mentioned in several presentations and ASX releases that the compound for the trial had already been manufactured. Somebody is telling very big porkies and I am extremely unimpressed with their attempt to cover up bad news with carefully crafted spin.
