I would say it is 90% likely due to the massive amount of shares being released from escrow recently. I suspect many of those released from escrow were sold causing the price drop.

Also the CEO's 167.8 Million shares are being released from escrow today and another 16 million in options at 25c . Good time to buy right now me thinks given it is about as low as it will should get due to the capital owned by MKR, and the price is close to those 25c options. Sucks for those of us who bought in the 30s/40s though!
