Just finished reading an article about silver on Bullionstar.com, India has increased it's imports by quite a large amount, as well India imports gold in large quantities, something like 50 tons (European) per month, if you know any Indian ladies you see how much gold they wear (or adorned with). Gold price artificially low, being manipulated, silver down a little but stands a better chance to rise than gold. If BOK could sell directly to India then a better than local price can be had.
