the real tell on wholesale silver shortage is more in the premiums for 1000oz bars

last time i saw info on that was about a month ago - premiums were very elevated though not quite back to march 2020 levels

but anecdotally when pslv and slv are adding those kind of ounces you can take it as read that investment demand is exceptional - and investment demand is always the marginal buyer in silver

industrial buyers just pay whatever the going rate is with very little push back or demand destruction historically
