the computers and pro traders behind dark pools still price off 'truth' in the end.

So Im not saying there is no CR risk - nor am I saying you should totally ignore apparent sp action


but on the way to 'truth' - they have huge scope to knock stock prices around within a technical setting - especially stocks as illiquid as MKR

and imo what is happening in MKR at the moment is a classic of its type - aimed at frightening chartists and retail out of their holdings


I have lost count of the number of times I have seen a chart like this - see how the sp is dangling below rising low technical resistance - just as the overall chart pattern comes to a breakout point

market manipulators do that because they know technical traders tend to have stop losses set within 5% below that line



all that - while gold has broken above key technicals and silver is right on the cusp

So - there is a real world CR risk over next few months depending on gold price and production outcomes - which is part of why the stock is fairly illiquid

But - its more likely what you are seeing is simply market manipulation by pros and their computer system aimed at getting themselves shares at lowest possible prices prior to a silver stock breakout

while MKR is a gold producer currently - its clearly acting as a silver stock

and beind all this is that the chart reflects the 'binary nature' of the stock's outlook.

Sharp rise in gold and silver prices - MKR will go from dilutionary risk story to greedily bid

Sharp fall - the dilution risk will increasingly be seen as certainty

that reflects the fact is a very highly leveraged income stream - which is a two edged sword

which is why flows are light and the game players can knock it around easily - up until we see either gold/silver breakout much higher or the opposite
