all the silver and gold exposures are either quiet or being slowly ground down a pip every other day by the machines to soak weak hands

so in a sense its not directly on mkr

announcement itself is decently positive. someone pulled a chunk of sell order so its addressed at least one concern apparently

but ultimately you;re talking about an unhedged relatively small scale single mine stock

- if your focus is the sp - its pretty much going to be directly spot metal price related

the silver space is trading in a vaccuum - all the human participants are frustrated and exhausted with the unnatural paper price capping because it has been so blatant recently but you cant fight the machines

- so there's no major conviction bidding - just algos and brokers rolling pips - waiting to see if things start to act more naturally post july 1 and basel 3 commencement

only once we get beyond the NFPs do I think we'll start to see what the emerging state of play is for MKR and similar exposures
