I just pulled some pathology stats out of the Australian Government Services Medicare data :
I'm not quite sure what to read out of the 2021 data for NSW and Victoria but presume it was some "reaction" to the lockdowns in those states.
On this basis though, the pie looks a little smaller this year against last year.
SHL does more than just pathology and does it in countries other than Australia so I guess we just wait and see.
The numbers are in '000s.
