notice that there's a capper on the issuance price this morning, looks like an accumulation attempt, though the volume is pretty petty. Easy breakthrough if someone wants it. This stock will need some issuance at a later date to increase liquidity on market, i expect that if Rankin dome and Cooletha come in at all, there will be a cap raise for a drill program.
