Borano in the cranston/jewson script only purchase if ground previously surrendered at CRB they were then and are now related parties however it was not put to shareholders vote even though at the time that transaction was announced the ASX , ASIC and the ATO (noting possible pheonix activity) were all notified in writing of the details . failure by the regulators IMHO
