well i suppose it does TC because you have the tools and the expertise to trade in and out of an investment account at short notice however the mum and dad investors who may be identifying a longer term investment are left holding the bathwater n this type of short term play for a select few. it could be considered misleading if the well directed choreographed investment rhetoric was only ever just that, void of any real intent to turn an idea or a hunch into a real going concern (which is the basis fir investment into a company structure ) whilst at the same time receiving payment from investors funds to act in all the shareholders best interest in doing just that. the BOD is acting on behalf of ALL shareholders best interest not their best interest or a select few shareholders.
