Yes, we need a strong confident message of intent from the BoD.
It is important to look forwards, not backwards. They had a couple of good exploration targets that didn’t come in. That’s mother nature, fine, move on.
For a small company, Macro has a lot going for it. It has a very smart and experienced team, ambition, and an unusually strong and supportive shareholder group (outside of the BoD). Everyone wants to make this work.
I don’t necessarily think there will be major announcements (which is not normal for an AGM). But it would be good to hear the battle plan of how they are planning to build Macro into a substantial company.
They have a pipeline of 20 or so exploration targets, but that is not relevant from a valuation point of view right now. We need transformational deals, cash flow, new businesses and a recipe to make this something special.
