they are doing the same thing at CRB and others that is why their urgency and motivation in making a project progress is sadly lacking, they simply do nothing and systematically siphon off shareholder's capital lowering the sp, do a raising at micro cents to related parties , talk up an idea and then exit on the 'great idea' which eventually proves to be a white elephant ....
