c2 you wouidnt know a cash drain if you fell into it. this 'management' team pay themselves Directors remuneration then their related party companies bill the company for Corporate 'advice' which is paid from shareholders funds , and then bill the shareholders funds again for rent which goes to another of their related party companies , not sure how that's getting signed off by the corporate advisory as they all have the same registered place of business Suite 23 513 Hay St Subiaco , there is still least 3 maybe more using the same office space , Its a disgraceful example of shareholders funds being systematically transferred into corporate entities controlled by the paying companies directors whilst shareholders are left with little or no progression in the project without any ongoing communication as these fees continue to be levied on their company quarterly.
