Not much more to add that's already been said. I don't see this going any other direction than a TO bid from Maptek.
Minimal conflicts when comparing their product suites, if Maptek acquired K2F's suite they've then got an all-in-one provider. A lot easier to close a deal if all software solutions come in a single invoice(even if they're a worse product).
The top 5 holders before this raise held 40%(I'd say this is now closer to 50% with on market buys and the other 12m placement shares). Worth maptek knocking on the door and seeing what these funds will let their shares go for.
