just learnt about GM in may 25. with the request to
change the name.........aaaaaand of course a lot more.......
SPECIAL BUSINESS
Special Resolution 1 - Change of Company Name
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution:
“That for the purposes of Section 157(a) of the Corporations Act 2001, and for all other purposes, the name of the Company be changed from U3O8 Limited to Avocet Resources Limited.”
....I like this new attitude, cause it underlines that
meanwhile the comp.- port. shows a LOT more than only
U308- assets !!!!
