Cash is a concern, but should get a fair bit in this month from hardware. Guess only slight protection at these levels are CNs. If they need cash that's always an option at 7c which would be premium to current prices. I just can't believe it's valued at $8m with Prosegur launch expanding and Windstream about to launch. I've picked up 2m now between 5.5-6c range. Just too chep in my opinion... time will tell I guess.
