Yes also have to have a laugh at @josiejow37 who adamantly tried to argue back in late March that they would have cash of about $3.2M as of 31 March in rebuttal of my view that it would be between $1.4M and $2.1M with the $1.4M figure netting off their likely liabilities at 31 March.

Assuming that their accrued liabilities still stand at around their historical level of approximately $700K and they're burning the cash at the rate of $625K per month, as of today RHY has cash on hand of about $1.1M and only effective net cash of about $400K if you adjust for the likely accrued liabilities for working out RHY's "going concern" position.

I doubt they're going to successfully bank the claimed R&D $$$ either. If you recall on this point I have spoken with my tax accountant here and she is of the view that the ATO may not look favorably on a retrospective reclassification by RHY and subsequent claim [LIKE IN REJECTING THE CLAIM].

I think that placing shares into the market at $0.10, not to mention the weak share price and given the dire as of today liquidity position RHY is facing some serious headwinds indeed !

They now have only 6 weeks to place the shortfall shares at the $0.10 issue price and with these headwinds IMHO RHY may be coming back to the market with a completely new (and re-priced capital raise eg. $0.05 to $0.06) during June to ensure their survival !!!
