it does not make sense for TS to hand out scrip at this point in time, and it does not make sense for African Minerals to receive scrip - they need all the cash they can get for drilling and developing Tonkili. Like i said previously, i doubt the ability of TS to do wheel and deal in a way that maximises shareholder value.
