Deal seems almost too good to be true:
Original terms were USD 200m for 100% (being 61m shares, USD 25m of development spend and the remainder in cash). Now we get 100% for 119m shares (say ~USD 60m at current prices) + presumably USD 25m of development spend.
Implies that African minerals must see a LOT of value in CFE shares or else they would have held out for CFE to exercise the option in cash.
Bring on the Chinese buyers!!
